A Day of Hope: 32 Dogs Spayed & Neutered
With Spayce Project, Latino Alliance for Animal Care Foundation, sponsors, volunteers, and the American Legion, over 32 dogs were spayed and neutered for local families in need.
Today was a powerful reminder of what happens when community comes together for animals.
With the incredible partnership of The Spayce Project and Latino Alliance for Animal Care Foundation, we were able to spay and neuter over 32 dogs belonging to low-income families and residents of local homeless encampments. These are families who love their dogs deeply but simply cannot afford the cost of surgery.
This event was fully supported through generous sponsorships, ensuring that financial hardship did not stand in the way of responsible pet care. Because of this support, we prevented countless unwanted litters and helped break the heartbreaking cycle of overpopulation in our community.
We are also deeply grateful to the American Legion for allowing us to use their facility to host this event. Having a safe, organized space made it possible to operate efficiently and care for every dog with dignity and compassion.
Every spay and neuter represents:
- Fewer puppies born into suffering
- Healthier dogs
- Stronger, more stable families
- A step closer to ending backyard breeding and neglect
This is what community impact looks like.
To our partners, sponsors, volunteers, and every single person who showed up today, thank you for standing with us. Together, we are creating lasting change.
